Core.RspTimeout

Message Response Timeout (specified in milliseconds). This is the

maximum time required for the device to process an application

command request and return a response. If this time expires, the

request will be aborted. This property should normally be kept at its

default value. This value should only be changed if a device is

compatible with other values.

Default is 5000 ms (0 is not allowed).
